We are a local family business established back in 2010.

A business representative isn’t always available at the front counter to assist you. Kasey Fitness is a self-operated business via keycard system.

Membership Plans
There is an array of equipment available, from cardio to free weights.
Treadmills, Bicycles, Stair-Climber, and Ellipticals.
Abdominal Crunch Machine, Prone Leg Curl, Leg Extension, Lat-Pull Down, Flat Bench, Incline Bench, Decline Bench.
Two Cable Machines, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Leg Press Machine, Squat Rack, and a Smith Machine.
We also have an outside area with additional stations for your convenience.
Gym Services
There are a variety of classes offered here at Kasey Fitness spanning Monday-Saturday. Come and see what’s best for you.
Get Fit Gold: Chair class that enhances cardio & strength designed for seniors.
SoulStrength: Cardio/Strength/High Intensity Interval Training.
Spin Bike: An aerobics type workout on stationary bikes via high intensity interval training.
Tai Chi: Initially a Chinese martial art that’s been adapted to a relaxation exercise to help control the flow of one’s inner energy.
Pilates: A mind and body workout the spurs muscle exertion, and enhances both balance and the core of the body.
Barre Fusion: Ballet based strength and toning.
WT Room 101: Guidance from an instructor on how to properly operate each machine.
Fusion Dance: A combination of 3 different styles: Dance, Hip Hop, and Zumba.
Yoga: A practice originating in India. This form of exercise is both physical as well as mental. Relax the body, while also finding inner peace and calm.
Zumba: An aerobic class that incorporates Latin-inspired dance for an easy to follow routine that both engages the core and improves coordination.
